"Owner came out the day after I reached out to have a home water test completed. Unit in home was over 20 years old. Owner explained repair, rental, payment plan, and full purchase. Also explained how the water softener worked, and ease of future repairs if I purchased the newer unit. I went with the rental plan. Tech arrived early on day of install. Was quick, clean, and took old unit. Notice a difference in taste, and no more dry, itchy skin after showers. Salt delivery and automatic payment is a plus. "

"This review is long overdue. (I thought I had already done it and realized I hadn’t after we were TALKING ABOUT THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICE OVER TWO YEARS LATER.). We had our water softener quoted and installed by Kirby in our previous home. They came and gave us an HONEST quote while one other company tried to razzle dazzle and upsell us and the other didn’t call us back until after Kirby had installed. About a year after installed, we moved. I called Kirby to see if they could help because we took the softener with us. They came to our house, safely unhooked it, stored it during the move, and promptly came and did the plumbing in and re-installed in our new home for a small fee. Always, the folks we dealt with were kind, courteous, and so helpful. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a water softener in the QCA. In addition to the great service, it’s a great product too. My husband and I both have eczema and it has solved the problem! My hair is so much better too."
